Do you count calories, or track macros? Neither really. I control my portion sizes and eat appropriately all the time. It’s gotten to the stage where I know how much to eat without measuring or counting. When I cheat a bit, I work harder the next day at the gym.
How high do your off-season calories get? Like everyone, it’s great to have the freedom to eat whatever I want straight after a competition. After a few days of indulging I miss the healthy food and routine and return to a healthy but not super strict diet.
How low do your calories get when prepping? It all depends how I am looking. I see my coach twice a week, so this way we can track my progress and find out if we have to increase or cut off calories.
What are your favorite exercises? I love training and all types of exercises. I can’t pick a favorite. Whether it’s cardio, weights, stretching or focusing on a body part such legs, booty, arms, back, abs whatever. When I’m in the zone I love it and can feel the benefits. I take advice from my coach and train appropriately.
What do you feel is your most impressive body part? And, what is your training like for it? My booty and legs. I train as hard as everyone else that I see at the gym but I guess I’m really blessed with my genetics.
What do you feel is your least impressive body part? And, what are you doing to improve it? I love and respect my body. I have worked really hard over the last 18 months and think that I’m well balanced and don’t have a bad body part.
“I always wished and dreamed that I could have a super power and fly like superman and experience the freedom of an eagle.”
THE CLOSE-UP COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES…
Dinner and a movie … and then my cozy bed. A perfect way to unwind.
Tattoos are… Ouch!!!! Looks like too much pain for me.
One thing on my bucket list left to do in life is… to become Miss Natural Bikini Diva Universe champion and to sit through a science fiction film without falling asleep. [smiles]
Give NATURAL BIKINI a fun fact about you. I always wished and dreamed that I could have a super power and fly like superman and experience the freedom of an eagle.
What is next for you? Looking forward to my first competition as a Pro and being on the same stage with the best in the world. I’d like to examine possibilities of starting my own business, seeing if modelling is a possibility or some sort of work related to the fitness industry. Right now I am trying to see my options.
