STAGE BODY WEIGHT: Roughly 124.
OFF SEASON BODY WEIGHT: Roughly 130.
BORN IN AND CURRENTLY RESIDE IN: I am a Kansas girl born and raised and currently reside in Phoenix, AZ.
ORGANIZATIONS COMPETING WITH: I have only competed with the International Physique League (IPL).
DIVISION: In the 2016 Arizona Championship I competed in only the Bikini category. In September I will be entering the Southwest Grand Prix IPL Show and competing in the Bikini category along with the Sports Model category.
STATUS: Currently, I am an Amateur competitor hoping to earn my pro card by the end of 2016!

Primary sources of protein? My primary sources of protein come from grilled chicken, bison, ground turkey, egg whites, and plant-based protein from Herbalife.
Primary sources of carbs? My primary sources of complex carbs are sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, and oats.
Primary sources of fats? My fats come from my almonds, avocados, and olive oil.
Do you count calories, or track macros? I get a good balance of everything and focus on my protein factor.
How high do your off-season calories get? As long as I maintain well there is not much increase or decreasing to my meal plan.
How low do your calories get when prepping? I follow a healthy active lifestyle plan and don’t change much except during peak week.

What are your favorite exercises? My favorite exercises are cable pulls and the Stairmaster!
What do you feel is your most impressive body part? And what is your training like for it? I feel that my most impressive body part is my legs. I’ve come a long way by implementing lots of strengthening workouts such as weighted lunges, leg press, and utilizing the Stairmaster at least 3-5 times a week.
What do you feel is your least impressive body part? And what are you doing to improve it? I feel that my least impressive body part would be my abdominal section. I plan on improving my stomach by alternating between high intensity cardio and low intensity cardio, intense weighted ab workouts, and being diligent with my meal plan.

Dinner and a movie is… Any Star Trek movie with some good Angry Crab to top it off.
Tattoos are… a way of self-expression, meaningful, and very artistic if done well.
One thing left on my bucket list is… Travel the world!
Give NATURAL BIKINI a fun fact about you. What’s something that either no one knows, or would be surprised to find out? Dimples are considered a genetic deformity and I have them in both facial cheeks. I consider them my charm!
Anything else you would like to add? I’m so happy to be a part of the IPL family. I truly believe it’s the best league around!
